Directions

Step #1 Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente (just tender).
Step #2 In a skillet, cook chicken bacon in 1 tbsps of butter until lightly browned.
Step #3 Add onions & cook briefly; set aside.
Step #4 Beat eggs with nutmeg, salt & pepper; set aside.
Step #5 Drain pasta well & return to pot.
Step #6 Add chicken bacon mixture & remaining butter; toss well over low heat/flame.
Step #7 Add eggs & toss until eggs are completely cooked & pasta is coated.
Step #8 Remove from heat & add parmesan cheese; toss well.
Step #9 Serve as soon as possible with sliced parsley & extra parmesan cheese if desired.
