Crock Pot Smothered Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps butter (not margarine) .
  • 2 tbsps worcestershire sauce .
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened .
  • 2 lbs fresh mushrooms, sliced .
  • 1 (2 1/4 oz) can pitted black olives, sliced .
  • 2 c sour cream .
  • 12 oz bacon, fried & crumbled (reserve fat)

Directions
  • Step #1 Add Worcestershire sauce & butter to bacon fat & sauté mushrooms until tender, but not browned or crisp.
  • Step #2 In crock pot, mix together sour cream & cream cheese.
  • Step #3 Toss in mushrooms, bacon & olives (drain the bacon fat first).
  • Step #4 Keep hot in crock pot, do not boil.
