Ingredients
  • 1 c boiling water .
  • 1/2 tsp dried tuna bonito flakes .
  • 1/4 tsp chili-garlic sauce, Vietnamese .
  • 1 tbsp red miso .
  • 1/8 tsp toasted sesame oil .
  • 6 oz tofu, cut in cubes .
  • 2 tsps rice vinegar

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix first six ingredients until miso paste is dissolved.
  • Step #2 Add tofu.
