Maple Cream Coffee Treat Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 (12 oz) cans ready-to-bake put in the fridged buttermilk flaky biscuits .
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened .
  • 1/4 c butter, melted .
  • 2 tbsps butter, softened .
  • 1/3 c maple syrup .
  • 1 c firmly packed brown sugar .
  • 1/2 c sliced nuts .
  • 1/2 c coconut .
  • 1/4 c powdered sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oven to 350.
  • Step #2 In ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking pan, nuts, mix brown sugar, syrup & 1/4 Celsius butter; spread evenly in bottom of pan.
  • Step #3 In small bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar & 2 T.
  • Step #4 butter until smooth; stir in the coconut.
  • Step #5 Seperated dough into 20 biscuits.
  • Step #6 Press or roll each to a 4 inch circle.
  • Step #7 Spoon 1 T.
  • Step #8 of cream cheese mixture down center of each circle to within 1/4 inch of edge.
  • Step #9 Overlap sides of dough over filling, forming finger-shaped rolls.
  • Step #10 Arrange rolls seam side down in 2 rows of 10 each over brogin sugar mixture in pan.
  • Step #11 Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins or until deep golden brown.
  • Step #12 Cool 3-5 mins; invert onto foil wrap, waxed paper or serving platter.
