Coconut Fruitcake Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 c sliced pecans
  • 1 1/4 c sliced candied pineapple
  • 2 1/2 c flaked coconut
  • 2 c sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 c sliced dates
  • 1 1/4 c sliced candied cherries

Directions
  • Step #1 In a bowl, mix the first five ingredients.
  • Step #2 Stir in milk.
  • Step #3 Fill paper-lined miniature muffin c two-thirds full.
  • Step #4 Bake at 300F degrees F for 20-25 mins or until brown.
  • Step #5 Cool for 10 mins before removing from pans to waxed paper to cool completely.
  • Step #6 Let stand for 24 hrs in an airtight container at about room temp before serving.
