Parsley Lovers' Tofu Scramble (vegan) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c rice .
  • 1 tsp garlic powder .
  • 1/2 (12 oz) package extra firm tofu .
  • 1 dash italian seasoning .
  • 1/2 onion, sliced .
  • 1/2 bunch parsley .
  • 1 c salsa .
  • 1 (6 oz) can water chestnuts .
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro .
  • 2 tbsps tamari

Directions
  • Step #1 Set the rice to cook.
  • Step #2 Chop up your greens.
  • Step #3 Add a small amount of oil to pan & set to medium heat.
  • Step #4 Crumble tofu into pan.
  • Step #5 Add tamari, seasoning, salsa, & greens.
  • Step #6 Drain & add the water chestnuts.
  • Step #7 Add the garlic powder & onion.
  • Step #8 Cook about 10 mins.
