Ingredients
1 c of boiled water .
8 passion fruit (or 2 small cans) .
1 (200 g) packet rich tea biscuits or nice biscuits .
1 (300 g) can condensed milk .
lemon jelly
Directions
Step #1 Grease a 20 cm (8inch) dish.
Step #2 Line it with a layer of biscuits.
Step #3 If using fresh grenadilla, put the pulp & seeds in a microwave container.
Step #4 Zap for a couple of mins in the microwave to break down any enzymes.
Step #5 Dissolve the jelly with the boiling water.
Step #6 Add the condensed milk & the grenadilla pulp.
Step #7 Smooth it on top of the biscuits.
Step #8 If you wish, you could add a layer of biscuit crumbs to give a crust.
Step #9 Refridgerate for a few hrs or overnight.
