Cheesy Chicken And Shells Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/3 tsp poultry seasoning .
  • 1/2 c processed cheese, sliced (Velveeta) .
  • 1/4 c water .
  • 1/8 tsp paprika .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup .
  • 2 tbsps all-purpose flour .
  • 1 1/2 c cubed cooked chicken .
  • 1 tbsp melted butter .
  • 1 1/2 c uncooked medium pasta shells .
  • 3 tbsps dry breadcrumbs .
  • 1/4 tsp pepper .
  • 1 1/4 c chicken broth

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Step #2 Meanwhile, in a saucepan, mix the flour & water until smooth.
  • Step #3 Gradually stir in the broth.
  • Step #4 Bring to a boil; cook & stir for 2 mins or until thickened.
  • Step #5 Reduce heat; add the soup, cheese & seasonings.
  • Step #6 Cook & stir for 5 mins or until cheese is melted.
  • Step #7 Drain pasta; place this in a bowl.
  • Step #8 Stir in soup mixture & chicken.
  • Step #9 Transfer to a greased 1-1/2-qt.
  • Step #10 baking dish.
  • Step #11 Toss bread crumbs & butter; sprinkle it over the top.
  • Step #12 Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 30 mins or until golden brown.
