Ingredients
2 large eggs .
1 (3 oz) package ramen noodles (I think chicken is the best but I like oriental flavored, every once in awhile) .
soy sauce (optional) .
3 tbsps butter .
1 tsp sesame oil .
2 green onions, finely sliced
Directions
Step #1 Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions & drain well in a colander.
Step #2 Whisk eggs, 1/2 of the seasoning packet, onions, & sesame oil with a fork in a small bowl & set aside.
Step #3 Heat butter on med high heat in an 8 inch nonstick skillet.
Step #4 Add drained noodles to butter & brown very lightly about two or three mins.
Step #5 Do not stir much.
Step #6 Pour whisked egg mixture over noodles & carefully incorporate, don't really stir, just sort of mix it carefully.
Step #7 Flip the patty over & cook the other side until the egg is set, about two mins.
Step #8 Flip over again & cook about 1 min more.
Step #9 Serve with soy sauce if you wish or an egg foo yung sauce.
