Bob Evans Chicken & Noodles (copycat) Recipe

Ingredients

1 c onions, sliced .
1/2 tsp black pepper .
3/4 c celery, sliced .
1 (16 oz) bag reame's frozen noodles .
1/2 tsp salt .
1 1/2 tbsps chicken bouillon (or soup base) .
9 c hot water .
3/4 c carrots, sliced .
1 lb cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, torn into large pieces .
3/4 c butter, melted

Directions

Step #1 In a large stock pot, melted butter, celery, onions, mix water, chicken bouillon, carrots, pepper & chicken pieces.
Step #2 Bring to a boil, turn to low heat & let simmer for 30 mins.
Step #3 Add noodles & let simmer on medium-low heat for an extra 10 mins.
