Ingredients
  • 3 eggs (beaten) .
  • 2 c flour .
  • 6 tbsps soya sauce .
  • 2 c white sugar .
  • 4 tbsps vegetable oil .
  • 2 lbs chicken wings .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 6 tbsps water .
  • 1 c vinegar .
  • Sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Cut chicken wings at the joint(I discard the tip).
  • Step #3 2.
  • Step #4 Roll in eggs & then in flour.
  • Step #5 3.
  • Step #6 Fry in veg oil until golden.
  • Step #7 4.
  • Step #8 Put in casserole dish.
  • Step #9 5.
  • Step #10 Mix ingredients for sauce together & pour over chicken.
  • Step #11 6.
  • Step #12 Bake @ 350 for 30 mins; take out half way through to turn the wings over to cover them completely with the sauce.
