Easy Stir-fry Beef With Noodles Recipe

Step #1 Slightly freeze meat so that it will be easier to cut into thin strips.
Step #2 Cook noodles according to package.
Step #3 Reserved the seasoning packet.
Step #4 Meanwhile, cut meat into thin strips, trimming off any fat, set aside.
Step #5 Pour oil into wok (or skillet).
Step #6 Preheat wok over medium high heat.
Step #7 Add carrots & celery, stir fry for 2-3 mins or until crisp tender.
Step #8 (you can add mushrooms, green onions, broccoli too).
Step #9 Remove from wok.
Step #10 Add steak strips to wok, stir fry 2-3 mins.
Step #11 Return veggies to wok, season packet, teriyaki, water, parsley, pea pods (sugar snap will work too), stir in the noodles, ginger & crushed peppers.
Step #12 Cook until heated through.
