Fruit Juice Pudding (saftkram) Recipe

Ingredients
  • slivered almonds, garnish .
  • 3 tbsps cornstarch .
  • 2 1/2 c water .
  • 3/4 c sugar (to taste) .
  • 1 1/2 c fruit juice or berry juice

Directions
  • Step #1 Bring juice, water & sugar to boil.
  • Step #2 Mix cornstarch with a small amount of cold water.
  • Step #3 Remove saucepan from heat & whisk in cornstarch.
  • Step #4 Return to heat & bring to boiling point.
  • Step #5 Simmer 3-5 mins, stirring every once in awhile.
  • Step #6 Remove to serving bowl, cover & chill in the fridge.
  • Step #7 Garnish with almonds if desired & serve this with cream or milk.
