• 1/4 tsp salt .
• 1 tsp vanilla extract .
• 3 tbsps sugar .
• 2/3 c rolled oats .
• 2 tbsps all-purpose flour .
• 4 tbsps unsalted butter, softened

• Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°F; line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
• Step #2 In a medium bowl, 1 tsp vanilla extract, mix 4 tbsps all-purpose flour, & 1/4 tsp salt until smooth; mix in 2/3 c rolled oats.
• Step #3 Drop firmly packed tsps of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
• Step #4 Bake until golden, rotating sheets halfway through, 12 to 15 mins.
• Step #5 Cool on sheet 1 min with a very thin metal spatula, transfer to paper towels to cool completely.
