Ingredients
  • 1 slice whole wheat bread .
  • 1/4 c egg substitute .
  • 1 banana, peeled .
  • cinnamon

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Coat a skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Step #3 Turn burner on to medium high.
  • Step #4 2.
  • Step #5 Meanwhile, in a small bowl pour the egg substitute & sprinkle cinnamon to your liking into the egg substitute.
  • Step #6 Combine.
  • Step #7 3.
  • Step #8 Slice the banana into coin sized pieces & set aside.
  • Step #9 Take the slice of bread & dip it in the egg mixture, coating both sides well.
  • Step #10 Put into the hot skillet.
  • Step #11 4.
  • Step #12 Take the bananas & stir them around in the remaining egg mixture that wasnt soaked up by the bread until the bananas are coated.
  • Step #13 Pour bananas into skillet.
  • Step #14 5.
  • Step #15 Cook french toast & bananas until light brown on each side.
  • Step #16 Sprinkle top on more cinnamon if you like.
