Light Lemon Cream Cheese Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 oz fat-free cool whip, thawed .
  • 1 (9 inch) low-fat graham cracker crust .
  • 1 (14 oz) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk .
  • 1 (8 oz) package fat free cream cheese .
  • 1/2 c nellie & joe's key west lemon juice (I'm sure regular lemon or even lime juice will do fine)

Directions
  • Step #1 Soften cream cheese & whip together with the sweetened, condensed milk until smooth.
  • Step #2 Fold in Cool Whip & lemon juice; mix well.
  • Step #3 Pour into graham cracker crust & chill for several hrs or overnight.
  • Step #4 Filling should be firm.
  • Step #5 Garnish if desired with extra Cool Whip.
