Tuscan Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 fresh sage leaves .
  • 2 onions, peeled & sliced thickly .
  • 8 garlic cloves, peeled & sliced .
  • 3 large rosemary sprigs .
  • 3/4 c olive oil .
  • salt & pepper .
  • 6 potatoes, peeled & quartered .
  • 4 carrots, peeled & sliced thickly .
  • 4 thick pork chops

Directions
  • Step #1 Layer the potatoes, onions,garlic, & carrots in a roasting pan.
  • Step #2 Top with the pork chops & season well.
  • Step #3 Scatter the sage leaves & rosemary over the top & pour the olive oil over the whole thing.
  • Step #4 Bake in a 375 degree oven until the vegetables are browning & the pork chops are tender, approx half an hr.
