Elegant Bbq Sauced Porkchops Recipe

Ingredients

4 slices white onions, sliced thin .
4 slices lemons, sliced thin .
4 tbsps brown sugar, firmly packed .
1/4 tsp garlic powder .
1 c barbecue sauce or ketchup .
4 pork chops, thick cut .
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

Step #1 Lay out pork chops, in single layer, in a greased baking dish.
Step #2 Sprinkle top chops with garlic powder & pepper.
Step #3 Lay 1 tbsp of brown sugar on each chop.
Step #4 Spread evenly.
Step #5 Next top this with a lemon slice & onion slice on top of each chop.
Step #6 Pour 1/4 c of sauce or ketchup over each chop.
Step #7 Cover up with foil wrap.
Step #8 Bake at 325F for 30 mins.
Step #9 Remove foil wrap, & bake uncovered for 25- 30 mins longer.
Step #10 Let set 5 mins before serving.
