Mid Western Omelet Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce .
  • 8 oz shredded cheese (your choice) .
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard .
  • 1 loaf bread .
  • 3/4 c sweet onions .
  • 1/2 dozen eggs .
  • 1/4 c milk .
  • 3/4 c sliced bell peppers .
  • 1 c sliced ham

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut crust from bread slices-butter both sides-place a layer in bottom of a 9x13 pan-.
  • Step #2 Add a layer of ham, peppers, onions & cheese-repeat layers until gone.
  • Step #3 Whisk together eggs, milk, mustard & Worcestershire sauce-pour over entire pan Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
  • Step #4 Preheat oven to 325*- bake for 1 hr to 1 1/2 hrs- cut into serving size-serve warm, & enjoy.
