Korean Steak Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c soy sauce .
  • 2 lbs beef, thinly sliced (any cut you prefer, I use London Broil) .
  • 5 tbsps mirin .
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed .
  • 5 tbsps brown sugar .
  • 2 1/2 tbsps sesame seeds .
  • 2 tsps crushed red pepper flakes (reduce according to how spicy you like it!) .
  • 3 shallots, thinly sliced .
  • 2 tbsps sesame oil

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large bowl, sesame seeds, sesame oil, garlic, stir this together the soy sauce, sugar, shallots, & mirin.
  • Step #2 Add the meat, & stir this to coat.
  • Step #3 Cover up & put in the fridge for 12 to 24 hrs.
  • Step #4 Heat a large skillet over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #5 Fry the meat for 5 to 10 mins, or until no longer pink.
