Step #1 Preheat oven to 325F degrees.
Step #2 Using a mixer, beat together sugar, brown sugar, butter & oil.
Step #3 Continue beating & add eggs one at a time.
Step #4 Add vanilla.
Step #5 Combine milk with apple cider vinegar & pour this into wet mixture.
Step #6 Beat.
Step #7 In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda & cocoa powder.
Step #8 Slowly add the dry mixture to wet mixture while beating on lowish speed.
Step #9 Fold in zuchinni & chocolate chips.
Step #10 Pour batter into 2 well-greased loaf pans or 5 mini well-greased loaf pans.
Step #11 Bake for 45 for 2 big loaves or 30 mins for 5 mini loaves.
Step #12 Or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
