Ingredients
  • 1 (18.25 oz) package lemon cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/3 c confectioners' sugar for decoration

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Lightly grease baking sheets.
  • Step #3 Beat together the whipped topping & eggs together.
  • Step #4 Add the lemon cake mix & continue to mix.
  • Step #5 Dough will be thick.
  • Step #6 Drop by tspfuls into a bowl of confectioners' sugar & roll to coat.
  • Step #7 Place cookies on the prepared baking sheets.
  • Step #8 Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 8 mins.
