Step #1 Mix ingredients together & microwave on high for 2 mins.
Step #2 Stir & return to microwave for 2 more mins.
Step #3 Remove from microwave & add 1/2 tsp soda & 1 tsp vanilla.
Step #4 Stir & dump into 4 quarts of popped popcorn & 1 c of peanuts (optional) which is In a large-ish brown grocery bag.
Step #5 Shake bag.
Step #6 Microwave in paper bag for 1 1/2 mins on high.
Step #7 Shake bag & again microwave for 1 1/2 mins on high.
Step #8 Shake bag & microwave for 1 min on high.
Step #9 Spread on a cookie sheet or alumimum foil wrap & spread out to cool.
Step #10 You can then break up the caramel corn into individual pieces.
