Step #1 Mix together the mashed banana & water.
Step #2 Add dry ingredients & mix, leaving lumps in the batter - you must leave lumps in the batter.
Step #3 Pour 1/2 c of batter into a hot, lightly oiled frying pan.
Step #4 When bubbles rise through the middle of the pancake & break on the top, flip the pancake & cook this until browned underneath.
Step #5 (Note: Test the pan before cooking the pancakes by throwing a few drops of water onto it.
Step #6 If the water jumps around & then disappears, the pan is at the correct temperature.
