Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 tbsps flour .
  • 3/4 c water .
  • 1 1/2 tsps salt .
  • mashed potatoes, hot .
  • 3/4 lb ground beef, browned or ground venison, if you want to be traditional browned .
  • 3/4 c cooked peas, if desired

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix flour, water & salt together.
  • Step #2 Add to meat.
  • Step #3 Cook until thickened.
  • Step #4 Add peas if desired.
  • Step #5 Serve over mashed potatoes.
