Step #1 Preheat & lightly grease waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions.
Step #2 In a large bowl, eggs, & baking powder, mix muffin mix, then add milk, flour, & melted butter.
Step #3 Stir until moistened (about 50 strokes).
Step #4 Pour batter onto center grids of waffle iron.
Step #5 Bake according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown.
Step #6 Remove finished waffle carefully with fork.
Step #7 Repeat with remaining batter.
Step #8 Top with powdered sugar & syrup, if desired.
