Lamb Brochettes Shis-ka-bobs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 red onion, per kabob .
  • skewers .
  • 2 tbsps juice, from crocked peaches to baste .
  • 1/2 lb lamb, per kabob .
  • 1 cherry tomato, per kabob .
  • 1/2 bell pepper, per kabob

Directions
  • Step #1 cut lamb, peppers, & onions in to 1' cubes.
  • Step #2 place this ingredients in a random order on skewer & put the tomatoe on top baste with crocked fruit juice (or any fruit paste).
  • Step #3 Broil or grill over med.
  • Step #4 heat on clean, well oiled grates for 10 to 15 mins.
  • Step #5 on each side.
  • Step #6 or bake this at 350 for 25 to30 mins on well oiled sheet pan.
