Petite Caramel Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon .
  • 1/4 c finely sliced pecans .
  • 1/4 c margarine or butter, softened .
  • 1 (8 oz) can put in the fridged crescent dinner rolls .
  • 2 tbsps corn syrup .
  • 2 tbsps sugar .
  • 1/4 c firmly packed brown sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Step #2 In bowl, mix brown sugar, margarine & corn syrup; mix well & spread in the bottom of a ungreased 8 or 9 inch round cake pan.
  • Step #3 Separate dough into 4 rectangles, firmly press perforations to seal.
  • Step #4 In small bowl mix sugar & cinnamon, sprinkle mixture evenly over rectangles.
  • Step #5 Sprinkle top 1 T of pecans on each rectangle.
  • Step #6 Starting at shorter side, roll up each rectangle & pinch edges to seal.
  • Step #7 Cut each roll this into 4 slices.
  • Step #8 Place cut side down, over brown sugar mixture in pan.
  • Step #9 Bake at 375F for 20 to 27 mins or until golden brown.
  • Step #10 Cool in pan for 1 min, invert onto serving platter or foil wrap.
  • Step #11 Serve warm or cool.
