Step #1 In a food processor/blender or mixer, mix blueberries & apple juice concentrate; mix until liquefied.
Step #2 Pour into an 9 by 13 inch baking pan(preferably glass).
Step #3 Cover up & freeze until firm around the edges, about 2 hrs.
Step #4 With a heavy spoon, break the frozen mixture into pieces.
Step #5 In a food processor/blender or mixer container, place mixture & mix until smooth but not completely melted.
Step #6 Spoon into a 9 by 5 inch loaf pan(glass too, if possible); cover & freeze until firm.
Step #7 Serve within a few days.
Step #8 I sometimes freeze in a plastic container.
