Chicken Enchilada Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (4 oz) can sliced green chile peppers
  • 1 (8 oz) package shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (8 oz) jar mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, finely sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Place chicken breast halves on a medium baking sheet.
  • Step #3 Bake in the preheated oven 20 mins, or until no longer pink.
  • Step #4 Remove from heat, cool & shred.
  • Step #5 Place shredded chicken in a medium bowl, Cheddar cheese, & mix in cream cheese, mayonnaise, green chile peppers & jalapeno pepper.
  • Step #6 Transfer the chicken mixture to a medium baking dish.
  • Step #7 Bake uncovered in the preheated oven 30 mins, or until the edges are golden brown.
