Salmon Fillets With Pecan Crunch Topping Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps parsley .
  • salt .
  • 4 salmon fillets .
  • 1/4 c breadcrumbs .
  • lemon slices .
  • 2 tbsps butter .
  • pepper .
  • 2 tbsps Dijon mustard .
  • 1/4 c pecans, sliced semi fine .
  • 2 tbsps honey

Directions
  • Step #1 Place salmon fillets, in a single layer, in a greased baking pan.
  • Step #2 Sprinkle top each fillet with salt & pepper.
  • Step #3 In c mix dijon, butter & honey.
  • Step #4 Brush mixture on top of each salmon fillet.
  • Step #5 In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, pecans & parsley.
  • Step #6 Mix well.
  • Step #7 Spoon mixture evenly on top of each fillet.
  • Step #8 Bake in preheated 450 degree oven, for 10mins.
  • Step #9 Garnish with lemon slices.
