1 tsp garlic powder (optional or to taste) .
salt & pepper .
2 large onions, coarsley sliced .
3 tsps chili powder .
pepper .
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste) .

Step #2 Spice up prime rib bones (baby back pork ribs if using) with seasoning salt, pepper & garlic powder.
Step #3 Place the ribs in the casserole dish, & bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for about 45-50 mins; drain any fat.
Step #4 In a bowl mix together the garlic, chili powder, ketchup vineger, both sugars, cayenne pepper & mustard powder; mix well to mix.
Step #5 Add in sliced onions; mix well.
Step #6 Pour the sauce over ribs, & mix with your hands to coat the ribs.
Step #7 Bake uncovered for about 1 - 1-1/2 hrs or until the beef (or pork) ribs are tender (baste every once in awhile, & season sauce salt & pepper if desired).
