Step #3 Cook 3 mins, stirring, until no longer pink.
Step #4 Add garlic & spices; cook 1 min.
Step #5 Add tomatoes, green beans & carrots; cover skillet & bring to boil.
Step #6 Reduce heat to medium & let simmer 15 mins, stirring once.
Step #7 Stir in lemon.
Step #8 Make sure that the green beans are soft, no crisp green beans are served here! I have also done this recipe with canned green beans & have found it to be very good & a good way to have green beans out of season.
