Hi Protein Vanilla Bran Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c Splenda sugar substitute .
  • 1 c milk .
  • 4 egg whites .
  • 1 tsp baking powder .
  • 1 tsp vanilla .
  • 1/2 c nonfat vanilla yogurt .
  • 6 scoops vanilla whey protein powder .
  • 1 egg .
  • 1 tsp baking soda .
  • 1 c oat bran .
  • 1/2 c almonds

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine all dry ingredients in bowl.
  • Step #2 Set aside.
  • Step #3 Combine wet ingredients together.
  • Step #4 Mix well.
  • Step #5 Mix dry ingredients into wet mixture.
  • Step #6 Pour into muffin c.
  • Step #7 Bake at 350 for 25 mins.
