"magic" Cookie Bars Recipe

Ingredients

170 g Nestle sweetened condensed milk (plain) .
1 1/2 c digestive cookie crumbs .
1 1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips .
1 egg .
1/3 c butter

Directions

Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step #2 Beat butter, condensed milk & egg until well mixed.
Step #3 Add cookie crumbs to mixture, mixing well.
Step #4 Pour mixture into 13x9 inch square baking pan.
Step #5 Spread crumb mixture into pan WITHOUT PRESSING DOWN.
Step #6 Once crumb mixture is evenly spread, sprinkle chocolate chips all over.
Step #7 Press down with fork.
Step #8 Bake 25 to 30 mins or until lightly brown.
