Chili Crusted Flank Steak Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps fresh lime juice .
  • 3 large red onions, in 6 wedges each .
  • 1 1/2 lbs beef flank steak .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed .
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar .
  • 2 tbsps chili powder .
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions
  • Step #1 In c, brown sugar, salt, mix chili powder, lime juice & garlic.
  • Step #2 Rub both sides of steak with mixture.
  • Step #3 In medium bowl, toss onions with oil.
  • Step #4 Place steak & onions on a grill over medium-high heat.
  • Step #5 Cook 15-2- mins for medium-rare, turning once.
  • Step #6 Cook onion 15 min til browned & just tender, turning every once in awhile.
  • Step #7 Transfer to cutting board, let let set 10 mins before slicing thinly.
  • Step #8 Serve with grilled onions.
