Quick Rosemary Pizza Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  • sea salt .
  • 1/2 c milk .
  • olive oil .
  • rosemary sprigs .
  • 1/2 c water .
  • 1 c flour .
  • 30 g butter, sliced .
  • 1 c self-raising flour

Directions
  • Step #1 Use pulse action on food processor/blender to mix flours with butter.
  • Step #2 Add water mixed with milk & process a few seconds until well mixd & dough forms.
  • Step #3 Turn onto surface floured with self-raising flour.
  • Step #4 Knead lightly & roll out into a long oval 1.
  • Step #5 5cm thick.
  • Step #6 Place on a greased oven tray.
  • Step #7 Make even indents over dough with fingertips.
  • Step #8 Fill each indent with rosemary.
  • Step #9 Drizzle with olive oil & sea salt.
  • Step #10 Bake in hot oven 220°C for 15 to 20 mins until golden.
  • Step #11 Serve warm.
