Cheddar Swiss Fondue Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce .
  • 1 1/2 c grated swiss cheese .
  • 2/3 c beer (I use Guinness or plain old Bud) .
  • 2 c grated cheddar cheese .
  • 1 tsp hot sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 Ignite the burner for a CERAMIC fondue pot (I didn't know this until my friend ruined her steel one by making cheese fondue in it -- you only make cheese fondue in a ceramic pot -- the steel one is for desserts & broths only.
  • Step #2 You can also buy a steel one that has a ceramic insert for cheeses).
  • Step #3 Put all of the ingredients in the pot, & place over the burner.
  • Step #4 Stir & heat until melted & thoroughly warmed.
  • Step #5 Serve with bread, veggies, and/or tortilla chips.
