Iced Green Tea With Ginger Recipe

Ingredients
  • lemon balm leaves (optional) .
  • 3 tsps green tea leaves .
  • 3 tbsps sugar .
  • 500 ml water .
  • 2 tsps lemon juice .
  • ice .
  • 1/2-1 cm fresh ginger

Directions
  • Step #1 Measure water into a saucepan, add ginger & bring to boil.
  • Step #2 Add tea leaves; brew 1-3 mins (or longer, depending on how strong you like your tea).
  • Step #3 Add sugar & lemon juice, strain tea.
  • Step #4 Allow to cool & add ice.
  • Step #5 Garnish with lemon balm leaves.
