Irish Cream Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c irish cream .
  • 1 (21 1/2 oz) box brownie mix (I like Duncan Hines) .
  • 2 eggs .
  • 1/2 c oil .
  • 1/4 c irish cream .
  • Glaze .
  • 2 c powdered sugar .
  • 1 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (or 1 oz square chocolate with 1 tsp butter) .
  • Frosting .
  • 1/2 c butter, softened

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oven to 350°F Grease the bottom ofa 13x9-inch pan.
  • Step #2 In a large bowl, mix brownie ingredients.
  • Step #3 Beat 50 strokes with a spoon, spread in greased pan, & bake for 20 mins.
  • Step #4 Do not overbake.
  • Step #5 Cool completely.
  • Step #6 For Frosting:.
  • Step #7 In a small bowl, beat butter until light & fluffy.
  • Step #8 Beat in remaining ingredients; add more Irish Cream if too thick.
  • Step #9 Spread over cooled brownies.
  • Step #10 For Glaze:.
  • Step #11 In a small saucepan over low heat/flame, or in microwave, melt chocolate chips (or chocolate wiht 1 tsp butter).
  • Step #12 Stire every once in awhile.
  • Step #13 Drizzle glaze over frosted brownies.
