Raspberry Torte Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c butter, melted .
  • 1/4 c sugar .
  • 2 c heavy whipping cream, whipped .
  • 4 c raspberries .
  • 1 (16 oz) package miniature marshmallows .
  • 1 c milk .
  • 2 c graham cracker crumbs

Directions
  • Step #1 In a small bowl, mix cracker crumbs, butter, & sugar.
  • Step #2 Set aside 1/4 c for topping.
  • Step #3 Press remaining crumb mixture on the bottom & 1 1/2 inches up the side of a 9 inch springform pan; set aside.
  • Step #4 In a large saucepan, mix marshmallows & milk.
  • Step #5 Cook & whisk over medium low heat until marshmallows are melted & mixture is smooth.
  • Step #6 Cool.
  • Step #7 Fold in whipping cream & raspberries.
  • Step #8 Pour into prepared crust.
  • Step #9 Top with remaining crumb mixture & put in the fridge overnight.
  • Step #10 Remove sides of pan & serve.
