Spicy Peach And Plum Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

2 tbsps lime juice, freshly squeezed .
2 green onions, thinly sliced diagonally .
2 small plum tomatoes, seeded .
2 peaches .
1/4 c finely sliced fresh mint or coriander .
2 large plums .
salt .
1 garlic clove, minced .
1 jalapeno pepper, minced

Directions

Step #1 Peel peaches if desired; dice into 1/2-inch pieces & place this in medium bowl.
Step #2 Dice plums & tomatoes into same size pieces as peaches.
Step #3 Stir in green onions, jalapeño pepper, garlic & lime juice.
Step #4 Stir in mint or coriander, & salt to taste.
