  • 4 c whole-wheat flour .
  • 1 1/2 tsps salt .
  • 1/4 c honey

Directions
  • Step #1 Roll out to 1/8 inch thick.
  • Step #2 Place on greased cookie sheet.
  • Step #3 Score into about 1 inch squares.
  • Step #4 Cut into 4 x 5 rectangles.
  • Step #5 Bake at 400F degrees about 15 mins.
  • Step #6 In the first mins of baking, prick bubbles that may form.
