Step #1 Peel garlic & set aside.
Step #2 Preheat oven to 350°F Place phyllo dough on waxed paper & cut into 2-inch-wide strips.
Step #3 Lay one strip of phyllo at a time on a flat surface & brush with butter.
Step #4 Place one clove of garlic at one end.
Step #5 Sprinkle top about 1 tsp of walnuts along length of strip.
Step #6 Roll up garlic clove & walnuts in strip, tucking in side edges as you roll.
Step #7 Brush bundle with more butter.
Step #8 Roll in bread crumbs.
Step #9 Repeat with remaining phyllo strips, walnuts, garlic cloves, butter & bread crumbs until all but the smallest garlic cloves are used.
Step #10 Reserve small cloves for another use.
Step #11 Place bundles on rack in shallow roasting pan.
