• 48 oz cream cheese (6/8oz blocks) .
• 1 (3 1/2 oz) package pistachio pudding mix .
• 2 c flour .
• 1 c ground almonds .
• 5 eggs .
• 1/2 c butter .
• 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

• Step #1 Mix the crust ingredients until crumbly & put in a greased 10 inch spring form pan.
• Step #2 Bake at 400F degrees for approx 10 min.
• Step #3 Mix all, together well, but eggs, then add one egg at a time.
• Step #4 Place filling in prepared crust & bake this at 350 degrees for 1 hr.
