• black pepper .
• 3 oz snow peas, halved lengthwise .
• 1 tsp sesame oil .
• 1 c cooked rice .
• 1/2 lb lean ground beef .
• 1 c canned baby corn, rinsed & drained .
• 1 tsp light soy sauce .
• 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into strips .
• 1 tsp vegetable oil .
• 1 garlic clove, minced

• Step #1 Brown ground beef in wok or large skillet.
• Step #2 Drain.
• Step #3 Add garlic; cook this until tender.
• Step #4 Set aside.
• Step #5 Wipe out wok with paper towel.
• Step #6 Heat vegetable oil in wok over medium-high heat.
• Step #7 Add snow peas & red bell pepper; stir-fry 2 to 3 mins or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
• Step #8 Stir in ground beef mixture, baby corn, soy sauce & sesame oil.
• Step #9 Spice up with black pepper to taste.
• Step #10 Serve over rice.
