Healthy Flapjacks Recipe

Ingredients
  • 350 g rolled oats .
  • 225 g runny honey .
  • 50 g sliced almonds .
  • 225 g butter .
  • 75 g stoned sliced dates .
  • 50 g sunflower seeds .
  • 2 tbsps sesame seeds

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 180C/350F/gas 4.
  • Step #2 Grease a 30 x 25cm (12in x 9in)baking tin.
  • Step #3 Melt the honey with the butter.
  • Step #4 Pour this over the rolled oats, almonds & sunflower seeds, sesame seeds & dates.
  • Step #5 Mix well & spoon into the baking tin.
  • Step #6 Bake for 2- 25 mins until golden brown.
