Sweet And Salty Cereal Bars Recipe

Step #1 Combine cereals, peanuts, & pretzels In a large-ish bowl.
Step #2 Combine corn syrup, & butter in a medium saucepan & bring to a boil over med-heat/flame; boil 3 mins, brown sugar, stirring constantly.
Step #3 Stir in vanilla.
Step #4 Immediately pour sugar mixture over cereal mixture, & stir well to coat; stir in the M&Ms.
Step #5 Using a greased spatula, press mixture tightly into a greased jellyroll pan (approximately 15X10 inches) & cool at about room temp.
Step #6 (I spread it as evenly as I could, then covered with a sheet of non-stick aluminum foil wrap & pressed it out firmly & evenly.
Step #7 ).
Step #8 Cut into bars when completely cooled.
