Polish Sausage And Cabbage Soup/crock Pot Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 c potatoes, cubed & peeled .
  • 1 large onion, sliced .
  • 2 tsps caraway seeds, crushed .
  • 4 c fat free chicken broth .
  • 1 lb Polish sausage, cooked, halved lengthwise & cut into 1/2 inch slices .
  • 4 c cabbage & carrot coleslaw mix (packaged)

Directions
  • Step #1 Place potatoes, onion, coleslaw mix, caraway seeds & sausage in crock pot.
  • Step #2 Pour broth over all.
  • Step #3 Cover up; cook on low for 10 - 12 hrs or high for 5 - 6 hrs.
  • Step #4 Ladle in bowls.
