Blackberry Jam Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pinch salt .
  • 3 (539 g) cans tesco rhubarb .
  • 2-3 c sugar (mug-size c) .
  • 2 c fresh blackberries (mug-size c)

Directions
  • Step #1 Wash & mash blackberries.
  • Step #2 Drain rhubarb & mix with berries & sugar, heat, boil 4 mins.
  • Step #3 Add pinch salt, stir, boil for a further 4 mins.
  • Step #4 Pour into clean jars.
  • Step #5 Makes about 2 pints.
